Turkey, Brie and Cranberry Melt

This recipe makes the most of that leftover turkey and cranberry sauce and makes a delicious snack at any time.

How it’s done

  1. Preheat your Panini press until hot.
    Assemble your sandwiches by placing the brie on the bottom slice, followed by the cooked turkey. Top generously with the cranberry sauce, adding in a few of the picked thyme leaves.
  2. Finish with the remaining bread slice and butter the top of the sandwich
    Place the sandwich onto the hot press and close down the lid.
  3. Toast for 10 minutes until piping hot and golden.
    Allow to cool slightly before eating.

  • Spreadable butter
  • Leftover turkey slices

  • 4thick slices of brie cheese
