This recipe makes the most of that leftover turkey and cranberry sauce and makes a delicious snack at any time.
How it’s done
- Preheat your Panini press until hot.
Assemble your sandwiches by placing the brie on the bottom slice, followed by the cooked turkey. Top generously with the cranberry sauce, adding in a few of the picked thyme leaves.
- Finish with the remaining bread slice and butter the top of the sandwich
Place the sandwich onto the hot press and close down the lid.
- Toast for 10 minutes until piping hot and golden.
Allow to cool slightly before eating.
