How it’s done

    • 1 large handful of frozen raspberries
    • 1 small slice of peeled ginger
    • 25g creamed coconut
    • ¼-½ tsp chilli powder or a small piece of fresh red chilli
    • 1 tbsp honey
    • 1/2 lime, juiced
    • chilled orange/apple juice or coconut water
