Raspberry Sparkler

How it’s done

      1. Place the Passoa, puree, ice and the cranberry and raspberry juice into the shaker bottle. Attach the cocktail blending blade and blend for 5-10 seconds.
      2. Pour into a glass leaving enough room to top up with some chilled Prosecco. Garnish with a raspberry and a sprig of rosemary.

  • 4 clPassoa, passion fruit liqueur
  • 2 cl Passion fruit puree
  • Handful of Ice
  • 8cl Cranberry and Raspberry juice
  • Chilled Prosecco or sparkling wine
  • A fresh raspberry
