Halo+ Thai Noodle Salad

How it’s done

      Use the Dual Heat Mode throughout this recipe

    1. Combine all the ingredients for the dressing in a bowl.
    2. Add the sesame oil to the Halo bowl, set the timer for 2 minutes and heat in the LEVEL position.
    3. Add the chicken breast, and cook for a further 8 minutes in the TILTED position.
    4. Add the sweetcorn, mange tout and carrots and cook for a further 5 minutes, in the Tilted position.
    5. Lastly add the rice noodles to warm through for a further 3 minutes in the TILTED POSITION.
    6. Stir in the herbs and serve.

    Dressing

  • 4tbspdark soy sauce
  • 1tbspfish sauce
  • 2tbspgrated ginger
  • 4 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 1 chilli, finely sliced
  • 1tbsp honey
  • 2 limes, juiced
  • Salad

  • 500gchicken breast, sliced
  • ½ Halo measure sesame oil
  • 100gbaby sweetcorn, halved
  • 100gmange tout, halved
  • 150gcarrots, peeled into ribbons
  • 300g cooked rice noodles
  • 2handful coriander, chopped
  • 1handful each basil and mint, chopped
