Our first Valentine’s day menu is rich and colourful, introduced delicate smoked salmon little potato rostis for a fun and slightly different starter. When wanting to make something that little bit special, duck is always the go-to choice. Our main course duck recicpe with rich berry flavoured sauce is definitely something special! To complete our first menu we’ve added a favourite – hot chocolate soufflès with a homemade raspberry sauce.
A lover of Eastern cuisine? Our second menu starts with delicious Thai crabs which have a delicate spice and a fruity mango salsa. For the main course, the Chinese five spiced duck with Asian stir fry is full of big flavours and fresh colourful ingredients. You always need a little bit of chocolate on Valentine’s day and so we suggest completing your dinner with Banoffee Pancakes.
Our third menu is for the real foodies amongst you. What’s perfect about this menu is you can prepare all courses the day before and finish off on the evening. Our twice baked goat’s cheese soufflé recipe is a classic starter, followed by a fillet steak with pamentier potatoes and a rich creamy sauce. If you have a Breville Halo fyrer, finish off with a delicious creme brulee.
