Mozzarella and Prosciutto Panini

Need to spice up your Panini’s? Try our Italian styled Mozzarella and Prosciutto Panini – the perfect lunchtime treat. Serve with an Italian style salad and drizzle with a pesto dressing. You’ll need a Breville Sandwich Press or Panini Maker to create these!

How it’s done

  1. Preheat your Breville Panini press. Slice open the Panini’s lengthways and place some sliced mozzarella, just enough to cover the base onto each of the rolls.
  2. Top with some of the sliced red pepper, then the Prosciutto. Finally scatter over some of the torn basil leaves.
  3. Close the Pannini rolls and place carefully onto the hot Panini press to toast for 5-10 minutes.

What you'll need

  • 2 Panini style bread rolls
  • 1 ball of mozzarella, drained and patted dry with kitchen paper
  • 4 slices of prosciutto
  • 2 chargrilled cooked red peppers
  • Fresh torn basil leaves
